Dear Customer,

If there is a statutory defect, you have the choice

of whether the product should be repaired or replaced with a new one.

Important note: If you opt for a repair,

the statutory warranty period for this product is extended once

by an additional 12 months, starting from the time you receive the repaired product back.

For your information:

We may refuse the repair if it is impossible or if it entails disproportionately high costs for us as the retailer

compared to the cost of a new unit or the replacement of parts.
